On May 23, we held our first biannual meeting of the year, an event designed to share with the entire team a review of the first semester and the outlook for the rest of 2025. The meeting took place in the Samba Hall and saw broad participation from Urudatianos across various departments.

During the day, the main milestones achieved in the first months of the year were reviewed, the challenges ahead were presented, and the work plans that will set the course for the upcoming semester were shared.

Beyond the institutional agenda, there was also time to unwind. After the presentations, a “Urubingo” with prizes was held, followed by a social gathering with food, drinks, and music, where we continued sharing in a relaxed atmosphere.

These types of events help us stay connected as a team, align expectations, and reinforce the culture that defines us as an organization.
