AI Usage Policy

Guidelines for the responsible, safe, and ethical use of artificial intelligence, guiding its application within the organization while protecting quality, information, and trust in processes.

Protection of Confidentiality

When submitting queries or cases to public AI tools, they must be written in an agnostic and abstract manner, avoiding any reference to real situations, people, clients, companies, projects, data, or specific Urudata contexts. The input of information into public platforms that could directly or indirectly expose a client, employee, supplier, or third party related to Urudata will not be permitted.

Use of Identifiable Data

Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to enter into any public AI tool personal information of a third party, Urudata data classified as Confidential or Internal, client or supplier data, or any other information that violates the confidentiality of NDA-type agreements signed with Urudata or with any third party.

Ethical and Legal Use

The use of AI to generate, reproduce, or disseminate illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, violent, pornographic content, or content that violates Urudata’s Code of Conduct, is not authorized.

Prohibition on Bypassing Controls

The use of AI tools to bypass security controls, internal policies, information filters, or any other governance mechanism established by Urudata is prohibited.

Prior Validation of Providers

Only AI tools and providers that have been previously validated and approved by the Information Security Area may be used.

Mandatory Incident Reporting

Any misuse of AI, suspected data exfiltration, violation of this policy, or AI-related security incident must be reported immediately to the Internal Services area.
