During the first weeks of April, we held a series of Project Management workshops for our employees across all areas of the company.
Our colleagues from the Project Management Office (PMO) embarked on a sort of corporate tour, bringing the latest Project Management updates to our different offices and covering all operational shifts—including nights and weekends—ensuring that no one was left out.
Marcelo Kobayashi, Micaela Martínez, and Álvaro Ledesma successfully engaged all areas of Urudata in this workshop series, where they explored best practices in project management and demonstrated how their proper application leads to successful outcomes in a wide range of projects.
