Carlos Ucha and Gerardo Ciganda at the first edition of TechTrends.
Hearing from our clients is essential to validate our ability to deliver and implement solutions and services. In our first edition of TechTrends, one of the key moments was the testimonial from the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP).
Gerardo Ciganda, Manager of the Electronic Government Area at MTOP, and Carlos Ucha, Head of the Infrastructure Department in the same sector, shared their experience implementing HPE Synergy in collaboration with Urudata.
Both highlighted that this implementation allowed them to integrate the new technology across the Ministry’s various subdivisions, meeting data processing needs and improving service for both citizens and internal users.
“We acquired new equipment to scale our existing infrastructure and prepare for the future,” said Ciganda, adding that the system proved invaluable during the pandemic by efficiently handling increased demand.
