After an outstanding career at Urudata, Rodrigo Quintana has reached one of the highest positions in the organization: Head of Process Improvement and Systematization across the entire company. A major challenge amid the organization’s rapid growth, entrusted to an exceptional individual.
Just 30 years ago, in April 1994, a 21-year-old Electronics and Telecommunications graduate from ORT began his career at Urudata as a laboratory technician, surrounded by cables and computers.
From his very first days, Rodrigo demonstrated a deep curiosity for continuous learning, exceptional dedication to his work, and profound respect for academic discipline. This mindset led him to embark on a true journey of continuous improvement, growing and evolving within the company.

Over the years, Rodrigo not only honed his technical skills but also expanded his knowledge through training, certifications (among many others: ITIL 4 Master, IEEM Leader Coach, ISO/IEC 20000 and 27001 certifications), and, more recently, teaching.
A Commitment to Continuous Improvement
This dedication to learning has led him to a role that fills us with pride: leading the Continuous Improvement Management.
What does this role entail?
Continuous Improvement Management is a fundamental pillar for any organization striving for excellence. Its primary objective is to identify, analyze, and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and ultimately better meet customer needs.
In his new role, Rodrigo will be responsible for leading initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the company. This includes implementing methodologies such as ITIL, Lean IT, and other management tools that help standardize processes and boost productivity.
Additionally, Continuous Improvement Management focuses on ongoing staff training, ensuring that all team members are aligned with Urudata’s strategic objectives and equipped with the necessary skills to drive the company’s sustainable growth.
At Urudata, we believe in the importance of evolving and adapting, and the creation of this new management area is another step toward our vision of being an organization in continuous growth and improvement.
