In this same line, close collaboration with Engineering and R&D adds another key layer of\nvalue: it enables operational insights to be transformed into tangible improvements, allows\n\ninnovation to be introduced in a controlled way, and ensures that technological evolution\nremains aligned with real customer needs and operational capacity.
